In the care of Stowers Funeral Home

Jeffrey Michael Grace passed away on May 6, 2023 at the age of 15.

Jeffrey was born in Brandon, FL and he was the third child born to Michael & Jennine on April 18, 2008.

He will be forever missed and loved by his father, Michael (stepmother Annmarie), his mother Jennine (stepfather Andrew), brothers Thomas & Joey, stepbrother Patrick, stepsister Hayley. He will always be the adored grandson of Jim Grace, Norm and Genovieve Hall and the late Sara Bierce, nephew of Scott & Kelly Grace, Lynette Kartes, Melinda & Tim Wood, Dennis Hall and Noelle Grace. He is now a guardian angel to his cousins Amber, Zach, Chris, Daniel, Cameron, Lucas, Tyler, Alexis, Forest and Eliana.

Jeffrey will also be sorely missed by his best friend, Raymond, his many friends and big family but his smile and humor will live on in all of them. His pets will miss him terribly - Brody, Gryphon, Lily, Patches, Nova, Noodle, Lizzie and Zuko.

Jeffrey loved to go fishing, swimming, computers, watch TV & movies and travel. He had such a big heart and was full of empathy for all people and animals. He had the quirkiest humor and could tell stories that would have you thinking out of the box with him.

Jeffrey's life may have been cut short, but he touched the hearts of many while he was with us. In May of 2022, he was diagnoses with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (Pediatric) and he hit many bumps in the road during his treatment, but none of that stopped him. He was near completion of his treatment and ready to start maintenance, when because of his body being immunocompromised, he caught an infection that his body could not fight. Jeffrey was the strongest young man out there and he fought so hard.

A very special thank you to Jeffrey's team at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. They worked diligently to ensure Jeff had the best experience possible for his treatment. All of his doctors, nurses, support staff and visiting dogs, on the Oncology Inpatient & Outpatient Units, ICU units and Day Hospital were so helpful and understanding, to not only Jeffrey, but also to his Family.

A special thanks to Norm Breed who became Jeffrey's buddy and our godsend in the last few months. Not only did he become his friend, tutor, chauffeur, caregiver and the one who took on so much to enable us to have more quality time with Jeffrey. You will forever be family.

Please join us to celebrate his short but well loved life.
